Zeiss LSM 510 Axiovert with tunable multiphoton laser

Zeiss LSM 510 Axiovert Inverted Confocal Microscope equipped with Millenia V Tsunami Multiphoton Laser.
The lasers and excitation wavelengths are as follows: (a) Argon Laser Excitation -wavelengths (Ex) = 458 nm, 488 nm, 514 nm, (b) HeNe1 - Ex = 543 nm (c) Titanium Sapphire Tuneable Two-photon Laser tuneable from 710 nm to 900 nm with a resulting excitation range of 355 nn to 450 nm. Multiphoton system currently not operational. tunable laser and 633 nm laser not working. |
